Public Claim Check is a narrow Cognitive Exoskeleton service for already-public claims and sources. It is passive and read-only by design. The outward result contains only the minimum public evidence needed to show the finding and its limits; private execution mechanics remain behind the public projection boundary.

Send one public claim and one public source.
Phase 0 intake is deliberately manual. Email the exact public claim you want checked and the public URL where it appears. Do not send credentials, private repositories, confidential customer material, or non-public system access.
A request is not acceptance of paid work, a commercial commitment, or authorization for active testing. ANANS may abstain when the public evidence is insufficient or the request would cross the public-only boundary.

The public projection omits private prompts, reasoning traces, filesystem and repository topology, internal IDs, tool schemas, internal endpoints, trust-role topology, bypass hypotheses, candidate verifier mechanics, credentials, and unreleased development material.
